Dear Club members,
Please be advised that this year’s AGM will be held in the Clubhouse on
Thursday 1st June at 8.00pm
As usual, the agenda for the evening will be as follows:

Any Motions for Consideration
Election of Officers
General Business
In accordance with rule 6.2 of the Club Constitution all Motions and Nominations for Executive positions must be with the Secretary by Friday 19th May 2017.
Only fully paid up Full Members are allowed to vote or speak at an AGM.
The AGM is an important gathering of the members where recent and ongoing developments are discussed and where members can put forward their ideas concerning the future of the Club.
